Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, business, email, telephone number, sector and any message you send. We also keep limited security information to prevent form abuse.

For customers using the receptionist, the information handled depends on their configured service. It can include call details, transcripts, contact details, appointment requests and the results returned by connected business systems.

Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide demonstrations.
• To operate, secure and improve contracted services.
• To create requested appointments, messages and audit records.
• To meet legal obligations and investigate misuse.

Sharing and retention

We use carefully selected telephone, voice, email, hosting and booking-system providers where needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Customer agreements set service-specific retention and processor details; enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for sales, support and legal purposes.
